Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website or placing an order with OxoShop.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Wholesale Business

OxoShop operates as a wholesale supplier. Minimum order quantities and business verification may be required for certain products or pricing tiers.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before shipment unless credit terms have been pre-approved.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship throughout the Czech Republic. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Inspect all shipments upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unopened products in original packaging. Perishable items and custom orders are not eligible for return. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned merchandise.

6. Limitation of Liability

OxoShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our products or services.
